Mountain View has a unique staffing model: most of our employees are volunteers!

This voluntary service program sets us apart; our volunteers are young people from Mennonite, Beachy, and Amish churches across the nation. We have about 42 staff volunteering as Certified Nurse Aides, dietary aides, maintenance, janitors, laundry, housekeeping, and office personnel. Most of our volunteers are here for about 15 months. They receive vocational training, discipleship and spiritual training, dormitory room and board, and a voluntary stipend. A portion of the funds generated by volunteer labor are donated to charitable organizations.
